La Rose

Au plus lointain du temps et du monde,
Dans un endroit où les rêves se fondent,
Afin que la magie de tous les êtres,
Puisse s'y révéler et y naître,

Naquît la splendeur de la belle Rose,
Qui dans un enchantement s'est éclose,
Arrêtant le temps pour l'éternité,
En lui donnant sa féminité.

Charmant avec noblesse ce lieu,
Elle avait même conquis les dieux,
Tant elle en était la perfection,
Aux parfums de mille et une passion.

Son essence monta jusqu'à toucher
L'âme de l'étoile qui fût fléchée
Par la pureté de tout'ces senteurs
Dont les saveurs l'émûrent jusqu'au coeur.

Mais ne pouvant jamais s'en approcher,
La belle étoile se mit à pleurer,
Versant ses larmes comme la rosée,
Qu'au matin on vit la Rose brillée.

Un ange fût attiré par la détresse
Qu'émanait l'étoile par sa tristesse,
Décidant de bien vouloir l'aider
Pour que l'astre ne soit plus tailladé,

Il en leva le temps sur la belle Rose,
Qui, lentement, débuta sa nécrose,
Laissant tomber ses pétales un à un
Dont le merveilleux teint en devint brun.

Lorsqu'elle ne fut plus qu'un tas de cendres,
L'ange descendit pour pouvoir la prendre,
Car son âme resta resplend
